The blue illumination setting is surprisingly crisp and doesn't wash out at higher brightness levels, which I appreciate for low-light shooting. Having three color options means I can switch based on the target background, and the glass clarity is excellent for a scope at this price point.

I was worried the blue illumination would wash out in direct sunlight, but even at mid-setting it stays crisp against the target. The multi-coated lenses really cut down on glare, making dusk shooting much more comfortable than with my old scope.

The blue reticle setting is surprisingly crisp even in bright daylight, which really helps when transitioning from the shade. I've been testing it on my .223 and the glass clarity is noticeably better than my old budget scope.
